Michelle Gilchrist

Michelle is an experienced educator and mum of two neurodivergent children, with a commitment to inclusion and child-led support. She leads our assessments and works closely with families to understand each child’s strengths, needs, and the kind of support that really fits. Embrace grew from Michelle’s own parenting journey and her belief that every child deserves to feel seen, safe, and celebrated, just as they are.

Laura Clare

Key Worker Educator | Dyslexia Intervention Specialist | Neuroaffirming Practitioner

Laura is a calm and thoughtful educator who supports children and their families with care, patience, and genuine connection. She leads our group programs and works one-on-one with families, helping children feel safe, confident, and understood.

Laura also advocates for children within school settings, working closely with teachers to make sure each child’s needs are recognised and supported. She’s passionate about using children’s special interests to bring learning to life and create moments of joy and engagement.
